BBL-1200L/H Continuous Ice Cream Freezer is the best machine for large-scale cold food production. all accessaries/devices are fixed on a stable and integrated stainless steel frame, it is easy for operation, the cooling system is consisted of congealing cylinder, 2 scroll compressor, 2 high effective condesers, 1 economizer, 1 expansion valve and other kits. it use R404 refrigeration for running at a low temperature, this function is the same as using dual-compressor, but more stable . the machine mix the purified air with ice cream to get wanted expansion rate and cooling the both in the same time so that make out a ropy ice cream and offer enough pressure to push the ice cream through cylinder to exit.
